Index of professional equality between women and men: SOMATER scores 92/100.

Gender professional equality is one of the government priorities put forward by the President of the Republic. The “Professional Future” law of 5th September 2018 created the Gender Equality Index to promote equal pay. Equality between women and men is at the heart of SOMATER’s values.
